Not happy with your purchase?

Still not happy with your purchase? Then you can return it within fourteen days. Please in original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). So feel free to view the product as you would in the store. The costs for returning are for your account.

Returned items are excluded:

Products that are made according to your statement or are unambiguously adapted to your personal requirements.

Products ordered on your behalf.

All goods for which the (plastic) packaging / seal has been broken.

Earpieces can not be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Procedure:

Please contact us by telephone (0031 (0) 6 5388 5390) or e-mail: orders@axhippo.nl and indicate that you want to return your order. Then we are informed and we may be able to offer you another suitable offer. Or you send the products immediately back together with the return form.

You can download and print the return form here. Fill this in and do it with your return and send it back to AXsolutions, Oranjestraat 1 H, 4571 HN Axel the Netherlands

Credit / refund:

After receiving your return shipment, we will review the products and, upon approval, proceed to reimbursement of the amount paid by you within 14 days. In case of problems or questions, we will contact you.

 

Product piece / damaged?

Has the product arrived broken or damaged? Too bad for you. But contact us within three working days by telephone (0031 (0) 512 54 20 40) and we will discuss how we will solve it for you. You can also report it by email rma@axhippo.nl. Mention your order number, product or products and what exactly is wrong with the product. We will then contact you how we will solve it for you.

 

Exchange product?
