shipping within 1-2 business days means that the item is usually sent within 1 business day after receiving the payment.
Packages are offered to you the next day after shipment. You will receive a so-called track and trace code by e-mail with which you can track the status of your package online. Packages within the Netherlands are delivered by POSTNL. Packages delivered outside the Netherlands are delivered by DHL.
This is usually the case for letterbox mail, but this depends on the POSTNL policy in your area.
There is no delivery on Sunday.
You can not derive any rights from the shipping indication. This website is updated daily. It is therefore possible that an article is not immediately available. Customers who do not place an internet order, but have seen an article on this website that wants to pick up in the store, we also advise you to first call us if an article is in stock before you come to the shop. This is to avoid disappointment. We will reserve the article immediately for you if necessary.
When you have paid, the items are sent. You will always receive a notification by e-mail when your order has been sent.
For packages going abroad the following delivery times apply after shipment:
Belgium 1 working day
Germany 1-2 business days
Delivery packages outside the Netherlands:
Your package will be sent by POSTNL and will normally be offered to you the next or second working day.
You will receive a confirmation of the shipment at the e-mail address you provided with a so-called track and route number and link to the website where you can track the status of your package.
The package may not be delivered to the neighbors, please keep this in mind. If POSTNL can not deliver the package to the address you provided, the package will be offered to you again at a later date.
If POSTNL can not deliver the package again, it will be stored for you in the nearest depot for 5 working days. You can then pick it up there.
After 5 working days the package will be automatically returned to us. We will contact you after receiving the package. If you still wish to receive your order, we will charge the costs for returning and resending your order. If you decide not to receive your order we will refund the amount paid by the products on your account (read: invoice amount less shipping costs).
If due to unforeseen circumstances it will take longer than 7 working days before we can deliver your order, you will receive an immediate e-mail message. We therefore indicate the expected shipping date. This is almost non-existent, however, service and fast delivery are of paramount importance to us.
